BitcoinTalk hacked again by “The Hole Seekers”, forums down. (video)
It’s happened again. BitcoinTalk was hacked once again, this time by a group purporting to be “The Hole Seekers”.
Someone embedded the “1812 Overture” song into the background with a dazzling animated picture show. This reviewer gives it 2 thumbs up!
Unfortunately within a few moments the whole site came down. It’s unlikely it’s due to this attack, and more like the forum is so utter and complete garbage (despite the administrator Theymos accepting over $100k in donations to upgrade it) it probably just simply collapsed from having a several meg file in the header.
See the video below for the whole thing in action.

It was done by people that wee upset over the fact that Bitcoin Scrypt was being unfairly censored.

Exactly how was it possible that at the exact time of the attack, a video of the screen just happened to be able to record it?

That’s just what plays when you open the page.

Actually, that’s the 1812 Overture at the beginning of the clip, not Ride of the Valkyries

Theymos is such a fucking idiot and a looser. SMF is the worst piece of shit to run a forum. He was told, SEVERAL times to upgrade to something better, and never did.
Bitcoin will be brought down but the idiots that run the most prominent things within bitcoin, like retarded Karpeles, Theymos, Charly Shrem et al.

The BitcoinTalk website was hacked using the same exploit when YOSPOS did the Cosbycoin hack. Theymos truly doesn’t fucking getting.
