How is this unique to Bitcoin? In the title you could replace “Bitcoin” with “Euros” or “Dollars” or “Gold” and the point would be the same. If you buy a gun with Bitcoin and shoot yourself that is also not recommended.

Actually, if you bought a gun with bitcoins I’d highly recommend that you use it to shoot yourself.
